We have been shifting homes and offices out of Dehradun since 2003. The office is on EC Road near Race Course, the crews are our own staff rather than labour hired that morning, and the person who surveys your house is reachable on the same number on moving day.
Most of what we do is household shifting — a 2 BHK in Dalanwala going to Delhi, a family leaving Clement Town for Bengaluru, a retired couple moving up to Mussoorie. Alongside that we handle office relocations over weekends, car and bike transport on enclosed carriers, standalone packing, and warehouse storage for the gap between move-out and move-in.
We are IBA approved under certificate 12154 and ISO 9001:2015 certified, and every job carries a GST invoice. If your employer is reimbursing the move, ask us at booking and we will prepare the paperwork alongside the job rather than after it.
What we will not do
We will not quote you over the phone in ninety seconds. That number is a guess and it changes the moment a crew sees your house, which is exactly how people end up arguing about money with a loaded truck in the driveway.
We will not pack your crockery in newspaper and old sacks to shave a few hundred rupees off the estimate, and we will not tell you insurance is included and then produce a form on the day that says otherwise.
If a quote looks unusually cheap next to ours, ask what packing material is included, whether labour for stairs is counted, and whether the insurance is real. Those three things are where the difference usually hides.

What moves the number: floor level and whether there is a working lift, how far the vehicle can park from your door, the volume of fragile items, and the date. Peak season is March to June and October to November — book two to three weeks ahead in those windows.
Corrugated cartons rather than sacks. Bubble wrap and foam on anything with a screen or a glass face. Stretch film over upholstery so it arrives without road dust in it. Wooden crates for mirrors, marble tops and anything genuinely fragile.
Every carton is labelled by room, which is what makes unpacking take an afternoon rather than a week. On intercity moves everything is inventoried before it goes on the vehicle, and that inventory is what an insurance claim would be assessed against.
Transit insurance is included in the quote. Enhanced declared-value cover for electronics, antiques and artwork is available on request and priced before the move begins.

A 1 BHK move within Dehradun is typically ₹3,000–₹6,000, a 2 BHK ₹6,000–₹12,000 and a 3 BHK ₹10,000–₹20,000. Intercity is higher and depends on distance. You get a fixed written figure after the free survey.

Yes on intercity moves. Vehicles are GPS tracked and we send position updates rather than making you call and ask where the consignment is.
Tell us at delivery and note it before signing. The inventory made at loading is what a claim is assessed against, which is why we make one on every intercity job.
Yes. Give us as much notice as you can. During peak season, March to June and October to November, slots are harder to move.
No. The written quote after the survey is the price. The only thing that changes it is adding items that were not counted at survey, and we tell you the difference before loading them.
Regularly. Most Mussoorie addresses cannot take a full-size truck, so we plan a smaller vehicle and, where the property is above or below the road, a carrying crew. Both are priced at survey rather than sprung on you.
Yes. We are IBA approved under certificate 12154 and GST registered, which is what most banks and companies require for reimbursement. Tell us at booking and the itemised inventory, GST invoice and transport receipts are prepared alongside the move.
