Take a few photos of your larger pieces yourself before they are wrapped. It takes five minutes and gives you your own record of their condition.

Food, grains, pickles, spices and anything that can rot or attract insects and rodents. Open packets are the most common problem. Plants and anything living cannot be stored either.
Petrol, diesel, kerosene, gas cylinders, paint, thinners, aerosol cans, firecrackers and cleaning chemicals. They are a risk to your goods and everyone else's.
Jewellery, cash, share certificates, property papers, passports and hard drives with irreplaceable data. Keep them with you or in a bank locker.

From about July to September Dehradun is humid and wet, and goods left in a closed room at home in those months can pick up damp. If you are going away over the monsoon, it is one more reason to pack properly and dry: clean the appliances fully, do not store anything that is still damp from washing, and avoid packing leather goods tightly in plastic, where moisture gets trapped.

Yes. Redelivery can be to a new address in Dehradun or to another city. Tell us the address and date, and the delivery is quoted in the same way as any move.
